Competitors registration: from January 02 (12:00 – 17:00) to January 03 (10:00 – 12:00) in contest’s office.
Fees: 25 $ entrance fee (cash) will be charged with registration and will cover competitors safeguarding of security and organization. Free storage for competitors.

In order to ensure a full value contest , event schedule , except of arrival dates and registration , will be subject to change. Any changes for surfing and kite surfing rounds will be announced on the official notice board.

Security: Competitors carry the full responsibility for their equipment, management and insurance/ equipment insurance. Competitors must be confident their equipment meet the weather condition when participating in any part of contest. No terms and conditions will reduce or/and cancel this responsibility.
Race organizers and committee will not be responsible for any damage, loss , injury or death
of competitors or their equipment.
Equipment: No equipment limitation.
Advertisement: Every competitor must carry contest sponsor advertisement on their equipment, otherwise 
competitor could be disqualify by race organizers. Advertisement materials will be supplied by 
race organizers .
Official Notice Board: Information for competitors will be send to official notice board .Board location will be announced before content opening.
Changes in race instruction: Any changes in race instruction will be announced in 30 min. before relevant race start.
All the questions will be discussed only at competitors gatherings.
Maximum amount of Hang Time races: Contest will be held according to Single Elimination system .There will be maximum 3 races. Contests consider accomplished if one race is held.
Distance: Distance will be limited by buoys. Sportsmen who are not participating in current contest 
should not be in contest zone. Competitors may get ready for next race from the windward side of the distance.
Hang Time rounds: Rounds will be held according to Single Elimination system . Two competitors will be participate 
in each round . The best of them will be selected for the next round and then reach the final.  
One who loses will be given an attempt to reach 3rd or 4th place.  
Time for one round: each round – 6 min. ; final round – 7 min. Rounds schedule will be announced as a start groups table on notice board in 15 min before the start of the first group. It is a competitors responsibility only, to know their round number.
Hang Time points calculation: Every competitor will be judged by 3 referees. Winner is the one who collected the greatest amount of points in the round . Judgment info of collected points will not be published.
Complaints: Complaints of referees judgment will not be considered.
Rewarding: Winners rewarding will be held at Jan 08. Time and location will be announced on notice board.
